Title 16 › Chapter CHAPTER 1— - NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER XC— - CUYAHOGA VALLEY NATIONAL PARK › § 460ff–5
Authorizes money for the park. Up to $70,100,000 may be made available to buy land and land interests. Up to $13,000,000 may be made available to develop the park and improve properties bought under this subchapter. Within one year after the park is established, the Secretary must consult with the Governor of Ohio and send a final master plan to the Congress committees on Interior and Insular Affairs. The plan must show what visitor facilities are needed for health, safety, and recreation, where they will be located and how much they will cost, and what other facilities may be needed later. Also authorizes up to $500,000 for fiscal year 1986, $1,000,000 for fiscal year 1987, $1,500,000 for fiscal year 1988, and $1,750,000 for fiscal year 1989 to carry out section 460ff–3(c)(2). Any amounts authorized but not provided in a fiscal year may be appropriated in later years.
