Title 16 › Chapter CHAPTER 1— - NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER CXIX— - SPRING MOUNTAINS NATIONAL RECREATION AREA › § 460hhh–2
Creates the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area in Nevada on about 316,000 acres of federally owned land in the Toiyabe National Forest, subject to valid existing rights. The area is shown on a map dated August 2, 1992 (NV–CH). The Secretary must file that map with the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and the House Committee on Natural Resources soon after August 4, 1993; a public copy will be kept at the Forest Service, and if the acreage and the map conflict, the map controls the Recreation Area boundaries.
