Summary

Allows money to be provided to the Secretary of Agriculture as needed so they can take over and run the Recreation Area as part of the National Forest System. Also allows money to be provided to the Secretary of the Interior to do activities inside the Recreation Area. The Agriculture Secretary may spend the funds in ways similar to how the Tennessee Valley Authority ran things before the transfer (for example, campgrounds, visitor services, paid ads, and buying food and supplies for resale), but must not use the money for any activity listed in section 460lll–24(b).
