The Secretary must send Congress a copy of the map and a written legal description of the Conservation Area and the Wilderness as soon as possible after October 24, 2000. The map and the written descriptions are legally binding as if they were printed in the law, but the Secretary may fix clerical and typographical errors. Copies must be kept for the public to see at the Bureau of Land Management Director’s office, at the Grand Junction District Office in Colorado (or the proper Colorado BLM office if Grand Junction is not the right one), and at the proper BLM office in Utah. If the map and the descriptions disagree, the map controls, subject to section 460mmm–4(l)(3).
