Allows the Secretary to team up with private landowners and others who volunteer to jointly manage Federal and non‑Federal lands inside the Cooperative Management and Protection Area. The Secretary can make cooperative management agreements with any willing party, let permit holders, other agencies, and members of the public join if landowners agree, and enter into agreements with the Burns Paiute Tribe to protect tribal cultural sites.
