Creates a Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore Advisory Commission. It ends ten years after the lakeshore is created under this law. The commission has five members appointed by the Secretary for two-year terms: two recommended by the county, two recommended by the Governor of Michigan, and one chosen by the Secretary. The Secretary names the chair. Vacancies are filled the same way as the first appointment. Members are not paid. The Secretary can pay reasonable commission expenses if the chair signs the paperwork. The Secretary or someone the Secretary picks must meet with the commission from time to time about developing the lakeshore.
