Summary

The Secretary must run the recreation area for the Yellowtail Reservoir project so it best provides three things: outdoor recreation for the public; protection of scenic, scientific, historic, and other values people enjoy; and management of renewable natural resources in ways that support or do not seriously harm public recreation and those values. The Secretary can use laws and powers tied to areas run through the National Park Service and other authorities he has, if he thinks they will help meet these goals.
