Create the Cradle of Forestry in America inside Pisgah National Forest in North Carolina to preserve and teach the birthplace of forestry, and to promote careful, multiple-use and sustained-yield management of forest lands for current and future generations. The Secretary of Agriculture must publish a notice in the Federal Register as soon as possible after July 11, 1968, showing the site’s boundaries as on the map titled "Cradle of Forestry in America," dated April 12, 1967; that map must be kept on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Chief, Forest Service, Department of Agriculture.
