Defines three terms. "Agreement" is the temporary deal to conserve Yukon River salmon in Canada made by an exchange of notes between the United States and Canada on February 3, 1995. "Panel" is the Yukon River Panel created by that Agreement. "Yukon River Joint Technical Committee" is the technical committee set up under paragraph C.2 of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Pacific Salmon Treaty, recorded January 28, 1985.
