The Secretary of Agriculture may provide meals, lodging, bedding, fuel, and other services to people at Forest Service demonstrations or using national forest resources when those items aren't otherwise available. Charges must be at least the actual or estimated cost. Money collected goes to the government account that paid the cost (or a similar current account), but any receipts over $10,000 in a fiscal year must be deposited in the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts.
