Even if other laws say otherwise, money is allowed for the Forest Service to run Forest Research, State and Private Forestry, National Forest System work (under the Forest Management, Protection, and Utilization account), and programs under the Construction and Land Acquisition account: $1,575,552,000 for fiscal year 1981; $1,498,000,000 for fiscal year 1982; $1,560,000,000 for fiscal year 1983; and $1,620,000,000 for fiscal year 1984. None of these funds may be used to build the Bald Mountain road in the Siskiyou National Forest.
