Allows money to be set aside for reforestation and for range revegetation on national forests and other Forest Service lands, including buying land or interests for nurseries. The money may be used until December 31 of the following fiscal year. For reforestation the amounts are $3,000,000 for the year ending June 30, 1951; $5,000,000 for June 30, 1952; $7,000,000 for June 30, 1953; $8,000,000 for June 30, 1954; $10,000,000 for June 30, 1955 and $10,000,000 each year through June 30, 1965, and after that whatever amounts are needed. For range revegetation the amounts are $1,500,000 for June 30, 1951; $1,750,000 for June 30, 1952; $2,000,000 for June 30, 1953; $2,500,000 for June 30, 1954; $3,000,000 for June 30, 1955 and $3,000,000 each year through June 30, 1965, and after that whatever amounts are needed.
