Title 16 › Chapter CHAPTER 85— - MARINE TURTLE CONSERVATION › § 6605
The Secretary can set up an advisory group made up of people from public and private organizations that work on conserving marine turtles, freshwater turtles, and tortoises. The group must hold meetings that are open to everyone and must let people give spoken or written comments on the agenda. The Secretary must announce meetings in advance, keep minutes of each meeting, and make those minutes available to the public. Chapter 10 of Title 5 does not apply to the group.
