Title 16 › Chapter CHAPTER 5B— - WILDLIFE RESTORATION › § 669b–1
Starting with the 1956 fiscal year and each year after, the government may appropriate an amount equal to 20% of the unspent receipts that were in the Federal Aid to Wildlife Restoration Fund on August 12, 1955, until those receipts from that date are fully used. The money must be given to the States under the rules and apportionment formula of the Act approved September 2, 1937 (16 U.S.C. 669–669i), and is additional to the funds provided under section 3 of that Act.
