Creates the Tahquitz National Game Preserve in San Bernardino National Forest, Riverside County, California, to protect game animals as a breeding area. It includes Township 3 South, Range 3 East: Sections 28–35; Township 4 South, Range 3 East: Sections 1–4, 9–16, 21–28, 33–36; and Township 5 South, Range 3 East: Sections 1–4, 9–14, 24. All land inside the boundary becomes U.S. property. Existing rights or withdrawals made before July 3, 1926 are preserved. If the government survey is unfinished, boundaries follow lines projected from the official survey.
