Summary

The Secretary must require that any electronic stamp a State issues look like the State’s other automated licenses and show enough ID details so federal, state, or other officers can identify the holder. A State electronic stamp must give the same rights as a paper stamp, be accepted nationwide as the federal migratory bird hunting and conservation stamp, and let the holder hunt migratory waterfowl in other States while following those States’ hunting laws. Each electronic stamp is valid through the first June 30 after the State issues it.
