Gives the Secretary of the Interior the power to buy or accept donations, for the United States, of lands, easements, and buildings that include Governor Berkeley’s mansion and homestead and Carter’s Grove mansion and homestead in James City County, and the Rosewell mansion and homestead in Gloucester County. The land can be bought to finish and manage the Colonial National Historical Park and to make parkways up to 500 feet wide to connect those mansions to the park. The Secretary must be satisfied with the title and proof of ownership, and purchases or improvements can only be paid for with money appropriated under section 81f of this title.
