Title 16 › Chapter CHAPTER 12— - FEDERAL REGULATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF POWER › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER III— - LICENSEES AND PUBLIC UTILITIES; PROCEDURAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS › § 825k
The Commission may publish its reports and decisions in whatever form best helps the public. It can sell copies of maps, atlases, and reports it publishes at reasonable prices that may cover the costs of preparing and copying them. It can also charge for special statistical or other special services. Money it collects must be deposited in the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts. Printing that uses engraving, lithography, photolithography (and their plates) must be contracted and done under the Commission’s direction and the rules set by the Joint Committee on Printing. Other printing must be done by the Government Publishing Office under those same rules, and that office may do the whole job if the Committee agrees. In urgent cases the Committee can allow immediate contracts without advertising. The Commission may also order such work from other federal departments under sections 1535 and 1536 of title 31.
