Title 16 › Chapter CHAPTER 12B— - BONNEVILLE PROJECT › § 832
Complete, maintain, and operate the dam, locks, power plant, and works at Bonneville, Oregon and North Bonneville, Washington that were under construction on August 20, 1937, under the Secretary of the Army and the Chief of Engineers. This must follow the administrator’s transmission and sale powers in section 832a(a). The Secretary must provide and improve generation equipment the administrator finds necessary to develop electricity as markets allow. Unused power must be delivered to the administrator for disposition under this chapter.
