Makes it a crime for officers, employees, or individual licensees who work at tribal casinos or gaming places run by, for, or licensed by an Indian tribe and approved by the National Indian Gaming Commission to take, steal, or misuse money or other property that belongs to the game operation. If the loss is $1,000 or less, the person can be fined up to $250,000, jailed up to five years, or both. If the loss is more than $1,000, the fine can be up to $1,000,000, jail up to twenty years, or both.
