Insured credit union: meaning in section 101 of the Federal Credit Union Act (12 U.S.C. 1752). Insured depository institution: meaning in section 3 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1813). Savings promotion raffle: a contest where the only cost to enter is depositing a set amount into a savings account or program, each entry has an equal chance, and it is subject to rules set by the appropriate prudential regulator (see section 1002 of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 (12 U.S.C. 5481)).
