It is a crime to print, copy, or make sexually related mail material if you intend or know it will be mailed in a way that breaks section 3008 or 3010 of title 39, or any Postal Service rule under those sections. A first offense can lead to a federal fine, up to 5 years in jail, or both. A second or later offense can lead to a federal fine, up to 10 years in jail, or both. "Sexually related mail matter" means the kind of material described in section 3008(a) or 3010(d) of title 39.
