Summary

In 1968, Pub. L. 90–578 changed the statute by replacing the word "commissioners" with "magistrates." Later, section 321 of Pub. L. 101–650 renamed "magistrates" to "magistrate judges," and that change is recorded as a note under 28 U.S.C. §631.
