An officer who can make an arrest for an offense they see may arrest a person released under chapter 207 if the officer reasonably believes, while present, the person is breaking a condition in section 3142(c)(1)(B)(iv), (v), (viii), (ix), or (xiii). If the violation is leaving a required institution, the officer may arrest under section 3142(c)(1)(B)(x).
