Title 18 › Part PART II— - CRIMINAL PROCEDURE › Chapter CHAPTER 211— - JURISDICTION AND VENUE › § 3243
Gives Kansas courts the power to handle crimes committed by or against Native Americans on reservations and on trust or restricted allotments inside Kansas, the same as crimes anywhere else in the State under state law. It does not take away federal courts’ power to handle crimes that are federal offenses committed by or against Native Americans on those reservations.
