Summary

U.S. International Trade Commission keeps and publishes the Harmonized Tariff Schedule. It is not in the U.S. Code. The schedule is online and sold by the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Publishing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402. Laws that mention old “Tariff Schedules” refer to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (see section 3012).
