Do not load onto a ship or vehicle at night, on Sundays, or on holidays any goods or baggage that are under a customs bond, are being exported with a drawback claim, or must be loaded under customs supervision. A special license from the proper customs officer can allow loading at those times, but that license must follow the same rules that apply to licenses for unloading imported or in‑bond goods.
