Title 19 › Chapter CHAPTER 6— - TRADE FAIR PROGRAM › § 1751
If the Secretary of Commerce thinks giving the trade benefits in this chapter to a U.S. fair will help the public, he must tell the Secretary of the Treasury. He must give the fair’s name, where it will be held, the opening and closing dates, and who runs it. Fair means any fair, exhibition, or exposition the Secretary approves. Closing date means the date the Secretary named as the end or the actual earlier date it closes. The Secretary of Commerce can make rules needed to carry out these steps.
