Each year the President must give Congress a report on how the chapter is being carried out. It must describe new trade talks, duty cuts or removals, reciprocal concessions, and evaluate the Agreement’s effect on the national interest. As much as possible, the report must include information on production, retail prices, jobs, and trade in motor vehicles and parts between the United States and Canada.
