When the Commission, in an investigation under chapter 1 of title II of the Trade Act of 1974, finds imports caused serious injury (or makes a finding the President may treat as such under section 1330(d)), it must tell the President whether imports from each CAFTA–DR country that count as originating goods under section 4033(b) were a major cause. The President may leave out goods from any CAFTA–DR country the Commission found were not a major cause.
