§4535 Regulations

Summary
The Secretary of the Treasury must write the rules needed to carry out this title and the changes it made, except where subsection (b) covers the matter. The Secretary of Labor must write the rules needed to handle the labor value content determination under section 4532.

(a)The Secretary of the Treasury shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out this title 11 See References in Text note below. and the amendments made by this title 1 (except as provided by subsection (b)).
(b)The Secretary of Labor shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the labor value content determination under section 4532 of this title.
