Summary

In this subchapter:
(1)The term “environmental law” has the meaning given the term in article 24.1 of the USMCA.
(2)The term “environmental obligations” means obligations relating to the environment under—
(A)chapter 1 of the USMCA (relating to initial provisions and general definitions); and
(B)chapter 24 of the USMCA (relating to environment).
