Summary

Every employing office must post and keep posted, where worker notices are normally put, a notice the Office provides. The notice must explain covered employees' rights, protections, and how to file complaints under this chapter, and it must list the Office's contact information. A "violation" means discrimination banned by section 1311(a) or section 1316(a) (including, under section 1302(c), Title II of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, 42 U.S.C. 2000ff et seq.), and any violation of section 1317 that is related to that discrimination.
