Title 2 › Chapter CHAPTER 5— - LIBRARY OF CONGRESS › § 168
The Librarian of Congress must produce a hardbound revised edition called the Constitution Annotated (Senate Document No. 39, Eighty-eighth Congress). That book must include Supreme Court notes on the Constitution through the end of the October 1971 term. After the October 1973, 1975, 1977, and 1979 terms, the Librarian must publish cumulative pocket-part supplements that add Supreme Court decisions after October 1971. After the October 1981 term, and then every tenth October term after that, the Librarian must publish a new hardbound decennial revised edition with all annotations up to that time. After the October 1983 term, and after each later October term in an odd-numbered year whose final digit is not 1, the Librarian must publish cumulative pocket-part supplements that add decisions not included in the most recent decennial edition.
