Make and send a six‑month spending report. The Architect of the Capitol must compile every semiannual report, starting with the period that began January 1, 1965, and send it to the Senate and House within 60 days after the period ends. Each report must show each employee’s name, job title, and gross pay; government payments to retirement, health, insurance, and similar funds; and payee names with a short description of contracted goods or services. The report will be printed as a Senate document. For the semiannual period beginning January 1, 1976, the report must include July 1 through September 30, 1976, and treat that as closing on September 30, 1976. After that, reports cover October 1–March 31 and April 1–September 30 each year.
