The Architect of the Capitol must send Congress a detailed, itemized report of all payments and spending for the Office of the Architect of the Capitol within 60 days after the end of each half-year. The report must list who was paid; items bought with quantities and prices; services provided with how long they took, who did them, their title, and how much they were paid; the amounts given to, received by, or spent by the Office and any unspent balances; the information sent to the Comptroller General under section 3523(b) of title 31; and any extra material required by House or Senate committee rules. Each report must be printed as a House document. The half-year periods are January 1–June 30 and July 1–December 31, starting with the half-year when this law was enacted.
