The Director of Accessibility Services must send the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration and the House Committee on House Administration a list of the exact jobs the Office of Congressional Accessibility Services will do. That list must be approved by both committees and sent no later than 30 days after the transfer date. The person who led the Congressional Special Services Office on October 20, 2008 will be the first Director of Accessibility Services, chosen by the Congressional Accessibility Services Board.
