Title 2 › Chapter CHAPTER 43— - CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEES › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER II— - HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES › § 4316
Creates two separate funds to pay interns who work in House committee offices: one for interns in standing, special, or select committees (but not the Committee on Appropriations) and a second one for interns in the Committee on Appropriations. The rules in section 5321(b) apply to these interns the same way they apply to interns paid from Members’ Representational Allowances, “intern” means what section 5321(c)(2) says, and money needed to run these allowances is authorized for fiscal year 2022 and each succeeding fiscal year.
