Summary

Creates a special Treasury account called the Daniel Webster Senate Page Residence Revolving Fund. All rent, donations, and other money the Sergeant at Arms collects for the Page Residence must go into this fund. The money can be used, with no yearly limit, by the Secretary of the Senate to pay for residence upkeep not normally done by the Architect of the Capitol, and by the Sergeant at Arms to buy food and pay for page activities. Payments from the fund need a voucher signed by the Sergeant at Arms or the person he names. The Sergeant at Arms can make rules needed to run the residence.
