Title 2 › Chapter CHAPTER 55— - HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OFFICERS AND ADMINISTRATION › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER IX— - CORRECTIONS CALENDAR OFFICE › § 5624
Transfer three jobs and their duties from the Corrections Calendar Office to the Office of the Speaker on October 1, 2003, and transfer two jobs and their duties to the Office of the Minority Leader on that date. If a person holds one of those jobs at the time of the move, any unused annual leave and sick leave they had must stay with them and remain available after the transfer. Starting in fiscal year 2004 and each year after, the Corrections Calendar Office’s lump-sum allowance for salaries and expenses must be split so that 63.5 percent goes to the Office of the Speaker and 36.5 percent goes to the Office of the Minority Leader.
