Any money the Sergeant at Arms gets as payment for damage to, loss of, or loss of use of property that was bought with funds from the Senate's Contingent Expenses account for the Sergeant at Arms must be put back into that same account or its subaccount. Money put back is added to the account balance and can be used the same way and under the same rules as the other money in that account. This rule starts with fiscal year 2005 and continues every year after.
