Summary

Require grant applicants to list clear, measurable goals for their financial management and academic programs and to give a plan for how they will reach those goals. If the applicant asks for continued funding later, they must show the progress they have made toward the goals they first set.

Title 20, §1059b

(a)Any application for a grant under this part shall describe measurable goals for the institution’s financial management and academic programs, and include a plan of how the applicant intends to achieve those goals.
(b)Any continuation application shall demonstrate the progress made toward achievement of the goals described pursuant to subsection (a).
