Title 20 › Chapter CHAPTER 6A— - VENDING FACILITIES FOR BLIND IN FEDERAL BUILDINGS › § 107b–1
State licensing agencies must give every blind licensee access to all relevant financial information about the State vending facility program, including quarterly and annual financial reports. They must hold a biennial election (every two years) to choose a Committee of Blind Vendors that truly represents all blind licensees in the State program. The Committee must help make major administrative and policy decisions, take and handle grievances and act as advocates for licensees, help develop and run a transfer and promotion system, help create training and retraining programs, and—with the State agency’s help—sponsor meetings and instructional conferences for blind licensees.
