§1130b Authorization of appropriations

(a) and (b). 1992—Pub. L. 102–325 amended section generally. Prior to amendment, section read as follows: “(a) There are authorized to be appropriated $7,500,000 for the fiscal year 1988 and for each of the 4 succeeding fiscal years to carry out the provisions of section 1130–1 of this title. “(b) There are authorized to be appropriated $5,000,000 for fiscal year 1987, and such sums as may be necessary for the 4 succeeding fiscal years, to carry out the provisions of section 1130a of this title.” 1990—Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 101–600 substituted “$7,500,000” for “$5,000,000” and “4 succeeding” for “3 succeeding”. 1988—Pub. L. 100–418, § 6262, amended section generally.
