Create an Executive Board made up of the chair, the vice chair, the secretary, the treasurer, and one at-large member chosen at the Board’s first meeting. If the at-large member leaves before the term ends, the Board must elect someone to finish that term. The Executive Board can hold up to 4 regular meetings each year. Special meetings can be called by the chair or by 3 Executive Board members. More than half of the Executive Board must be present to do business. The Executive Board may use the Board’s powers, but only with the Board’s approval.
