§4514 Definitions

Summary
Defines four terms used in this chapter: "Board" means the group of trustees that runs the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation; "Foundation" means the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation itself; "institution of higher education" uses the definition in section 1001 of this title; and "secondary school" uses the definition in section 7801 of this title.

As used in this chapter—
(1)the term “Board” means the Board of Trustees of the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation;
(2)the term “Foundation” means the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation;
(3)the term “institution of higher education” has the same meaning given that term by section 1001 of this title; and
(4)the term “secondary school” has the same meaning given that term by section 7801 of this title.
