Allows certain groups to get federal help for programs in schools that mostly serve Native American and Alaska Native students. Eligible groups include Indian tribes, tribally approved education authorities, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander language education groups, schools run or funded by the Bureau of Indian Education, schools run under BIE contracts or grants, and consortia that pair those schools with each other, with colleges, or with tribal or community organizations. Any eligible group that wants federal money under this part must apply to the Secretary. If a group gets funds under this section, it cannot also receive a subgrant under section 6824.
