Names what counts as the John F. Kennedy Center "building and site" and "grounds." Those words mean the land in Washington, D.C., where the Kennedy Center stands, bounded on the east by the west face of the west retaining walls and curbs of the Inner Loop Freeway; on the south by the north face of the north retaining walls and curbs of the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge approaches; on the west by the east face of the east retaining walls and curbs of Rock Creek Parkway; and on the north by the south curbs of New Hampshire Avenue and F Street, as shown on the map titled "Transfer of John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts", No. 844/82563, dated April 20, 1994, as amended by No. 844/82563A dated May 22, 1997, which is on file for public inspection at the National Capital Region office of the National Park Service, Department of the Interior. When the Kennedy Center Plaza project under section 76q–1 is completed, the Board must work with the Secretary of Transportation to update that map.
