Summary

The Secretary must create rules so a State education agency, after consulting the Governor, can send one combined State annual report to make reporting easier. The report must show which programs are included, how the State performed on them, and any other items the Secretary requires (for example, monitoring), and it replaces the separate annual reports for each of those programs.
