Title 21 › Chapter CHAPTER 15— - EGG PRODUCTS INSPECTION › § 1040
Anyone who transports, ships, receives, holds, or handles eggs or egg products in commerce must keep records showing receipt, delivery, sale, movement, and what happened to them. Either Secretary may set the form and retention time, and their authorized agents may inspect and copy the records on request at reasonable times.
